Main centres (delivery within 2-3 working days)
Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberly, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Witbank.

Outlying areas (delivery within 3-5 working days)
Any area not listed above

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and excludes Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

Confirmation email, Tracking and delivery

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way with a tracking number that can be used to trace your package. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Returns

Step 1

On any page, click on account icon in top right corner.

Step 2

Click on ‘Orders’ menu item on left side bar.

Step 3

Click ‘View’ on the order item applicable.

Step 4

Click the ‘Refund’ button and follow prompts to complete refund process.

The Returns Process

Jimi Trik head office will receive a notification of your refund / returns request.

We will assess the request and make contact with you.

For returns, no exchange – a courier will be sent with a waybill already filled out and bag for you to deposit the returned pair to our offices.

For returns, exchange, – a courier will be sent your new pair /s and with a waybill already filled out and bag for you to deposit at the same time, and return exchanged pair to our offices.
